The six week bodybuilding diet was developed by a man named Micheal Thurmond. He was an overweight teenager who struggled to maintain a healthy weight. I kept the weight off by using the six-week fitness program to give me a kickstart and then tailoring my workouts and diet to my body type. I now exercise regularly, 1 hour brisk walks (including hills) with my dog ​​and 2-3 dance classes a week.
