Love your body and you will attract more people, places and things that will lead you to love your body more such as: health, wealth and healthy people. If you hate your body, you will attract people, places, and things that will help support this thought such as: disease, poverty, and unhealthy people.

A healthy attitude leads to the success of the educational program; but not the training program itself!

Like a budding flower that will reflect what it eats from its roots, your body reflects your actions. Right now your body is the sum total of all the thoughts and decisions you have made so far. If you have anxiety and worry, your body reacts to anxiety and worry. There is no way the mind can change unless the body follows. Therefore, the mental outlook of your life must be the first thing to change; not your cardio program!

2. Recovery

If your body is too tired, it cannot work at its peak. Massage is a general treatment that harmonizes the whole body. It can help treat chronic headaches, spinal and nerve problems, PMS, chronic fatigue syndrome, and countless other symptoms. Hydrotherapy is one of the fastest ways to heal. Jacuzzis, pools and ice creams are examples of hydrotherapy. It is one of the most used equipment in these rehabilitation centers. Our bodies are 75% water; so it is not surprising that water is the main source of energy for us. Myo-facial therapy is a technique designed to remove any knots in the muscles to help with postural deviations and overall movement. If you’re injured, you’re out of the game. Rehabilitation helps prevent injury.

When you train your body too hard without allowing it the proper time to recover, it will rebel against you with injuries and mental exhaustion. The recovery component is the most watched component of any training. The old school train is no pain no gain. But the new thought process is pain and more pain! Don’t let pride get in the way of your results. Listen to your body and strategically plan your exercise program with your planned days off. You’ll also want to plan how you’ll take some days off. Whether it’s a good juice for your body or a massage, heal your body! It will thank you with the results.

3. Fuel

Water content regulates all body functions. Deficiency of this natural essential oil will show various symptoms, signs and complications called diseases. It is a natural health remedy for various health conditions such as: arthritis pain, back pain, headaches, constipation, asthma and allergies. It is also good for weight loss. Many people overeat because they don’t know how to quench their thirst.

The less water you drink, the less your joints will hurt. So when your body is sick, don’t turn to pills, turn to water. You want to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. For example, I weigh 225 pounds, so I want to drink 113 ounces of water a day or just under a gallon. We can’t go to 8 cups a day because everyone is different. A college offensive league pitcher can’t drink the same amount of water as a 125-pound woman!

Food keeps your metabolism burning throughout the day. Think of your metabolism as a fire burning wood. A fire will burn fastest and hottest when you feed it with little wood throughout the day. It will burn slowly if you add a large piece of wood once or twice a day. The goal is to eat five to six times a day and get your heart rate burning fast. 75% of your success will be determined by your understanding of the food journal. It may take a few weeks to adjust to eating sporadically throughout the day; especially if you have been eating 1 or 2 times a day for 10 to 20 years. Be patient with yourself and know that you will make mistakes because you are human.

Most of the food we eat is laced with pesticides, chemicals, and hormones that affect your mind like any other drug. Fruits and vegetables, in essence, are sponges that absorb all the nutrients and chemicals from the soil. It is no wonder that there is a society with unexplainable pain and illness. Our animals are full of hormones that affect our bodies when we eat them. The best way to go is to eat all organic fruits and vegetables and unpreserved and hormone-free animal products. It will really affect your mind and body. Most importantly, it will improve your life.

Multivitamins are designed to provide you with nutrients that your regular diet does not. It is very unlikely to eat a perfect diet in a short time, cell phone and Internet society and not need a multivitamin. A multivitamin has as many nutrients as a 5000 calorie diet!

4. Action

Power is a combination of strength, agility and speed. Whether you’re a professional athlete or a cubicle queen, you want to be strong, fast, and agile. The weaker, slower and more out of shape you are, the faster your body ages and looks out of shape! Men have crossed the Atlantic Ocean and died in search of the fountain of youth; but you can create the best machine by training to have a strong body. Your ability depends on your lifestyle, and time constraints. The human body is the best machine ever made. The earth does not do the same thing every day. It’s not sunny every day and it doesn’t rain every day either. Your practice should reflect life. You can run, walk, swim, bike, lift weights, do Pilates or yoga. Just do something!

Moderate to high intensity cardio burns more calories than low intensity cardio. Moderate to high cardio has an after burn that lasts longer than low cardio. Lifting weights is more beneficial because it helps to keep the metabolism high in the body for 2 or 3 days. Cardio burns your muscles so you can’t just do cardio. The post-weight burn takes days, not just a few hours of cardio. We plan to do more intense workouts to create more of an afterburn and keep the mental and physical side of our workouts. Sprinting helps the body to release human growth hormone which helps a lot in building muscles and speeding up the metabolism. It also prepares for emergencies that occur in life. We will not be able to go at our own pace; sometimes you may have to jump across the street for your dog, your child, or your life!

5. Training

No one has ever been successful without a coach or mentor. Where do you get your health and wellness information? Is it a knowledgeable and experienced source? Certification can be thrown out the door when compared to experience. We say this because we all have. Most of all health and wellness information starts in the trenches and makes its way to the ink. We know we don’t have all the answers. We know that some of the ideas we follow today may be proven tomorrow. If we don’t have an answer to a problem, we will seek out and find someone who does instead of just telling someone we don’t know. We advise all our clients to do their own research to be confident in the knowledge they have.

Knowledge controls how far we can go in life. It creates a divide between people, money, and most importantly, your health. We must always seek more knowledge and strive to bring ourselves to perfection knowing that we will never get there. It’s the fastest way to get to your next goal. You will never know enough. Don’t get into one training mode. The Body Blast workout is just one way of training. There are endless training methods. Your work style should be like water, constantly changing. It is a law of life. Your body will only respond to the laws of life.
