I remember about 2 months ago I was basically lost and helpless and didn’t know what I was doing and why I wasn’t losing weight. I have followed so many diet plans that have not worked at all. I exercised often, but didn’t eat the right foods I needed to shed those pounds off my belly. It is important to eat well and drink plenty of water. Drinking water will help your liver and kidneys keep up the work they have to do.
I believe everyone should eat healthy, exercise regularly, and live a healthy lifestyle. The alternate day diet is the best plan so far and it has changed my life. Do yourself a favor and live the rest of your life energetic, happy and healthy!
