There are a couple of ways to help you maintain your eating habits. First you can stop eating calories, they are not your friend. And increase your daily activities. I bet you started a weight loss program and when you started they showed you things you thought you could never do. So when you started making them, it just wasn’t you. In the beginning it is very important to stay in your comfort zone. When you get into it a little more you can try new things, but start slowly to begin with. Your body needs to start slow or you’ll be so shocked and in pain it’ll shut you down and you’ll have the attitude most people have when they start a weight loss program, “It’s too hard.” If you have a brain of any kind, there’s no point in starting a 5-mile run if you haven’t run any in the last 15 years. Remember to go slow.

Good online weight loss programs will always tell you to start slow, if you’ve never tried weight loss programs before.
