Moderation; do not eat large meals two or three times a day. Reduce portions and eat more frequently. Sure this could take a little more planning, but once you get the hang of it it won’t take long. Pack small snacks together so you can munch on when you’re feeling peckish. So at dinner time, you won’t need such a big meal.

It is well known that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It is also known that many people do not eat breakfast. They get a fancy-pants coffee that has lots of sugars, which sustains them throughout the morning. Not a good idea in the long run. Instead, eat some fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples, oranges, pears and grapefruit. This way you get good fiber and some energy from natural sugars. That won’t weigh you down either, if you’re okay with eating in the morning, you can also add a bowl of porridge or some whole grain cereal.

Tip number four

Drink a lot of water; you don’t want your body to become dehydrated. Water can also help with mental clarity and will also keep you from wanting to overeat. If you can drink water about fifteen minutes before eating and not while eating, go for it. This little tip will help digestion.

Tip number 5

Exercise. Your body needs to move, that doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym. Keep it simple and keep it fun. When it comes to exercise variety is the spice of life. Don’t repeatedly perform just one exercise routine, instead vary your routines and alternate between cardio, weight training, and stretching exercises.
