The first thing you need is to do good exercise that gives you a good variety of cardio and strength training. Exercise is the foundation of any weight loss program and no pill or diet can replace it. Before starting any type of physical exercise, always check with your family doctor to make sure your body is ready for it.

Start slowly and engage in simple exercises like walking and cycling to help you get used to working out and start burning extra calories. A week or two into this and you’re ready for light weight training. Most people shy away from the thought of exercising or having to do more then swallow a pill to lose weight but the hard part is the hard truth, the more lean muscle you have the less body fat you have. your body and it will be easier. burn fat and calories.

With good lean muscles in your body, you can use more calories than usual when doing something as easy as surfing the Internet! You don’t need to get a herculean physique to see the benefits of lean muscle, and don’t think that lifting weights will turn you into ripped muscles! It’s not just for men and women!

The only thing that will happen is that you will find a more active body than before and the pounds will start to fall off and the old pants will be mine again! But as good as it is, you have to realize that exercise alone will not give you the results you want
