Two very wrong ideas. Today’s average network marketer wants to keep their team motivated and FIRED UP! This is natural, because you always want to elevate them mentally and emotionally in Network Marketing Success.

But here’s the challenge:

You can NOT motivate people to Success.

They must be self-motivated. We spend a lot of time, even many mlm trainers who teach motivation, trying to lift the team and people, ​​​​bubble, mess, onFire and motivate. This may occur in times of excitement, but it soon fades.

Keeping your team motivated and fired up simply won’t happen unless you follow the principles of MLM Motivation. These rules are based on facts, not hype, and truth, not enthusiasm.

Ok…what are the 5 principles of Network Marketing Motivation?

1) MUST INSPIRATE, not just motivate.

The Greek definition for INSPIRE is “breathed in.” This means that you have to create within the person the “breath of confidence” and energy that they can relate to and absorb.

How?

Modeling.

You have to be a role model and a leader to show your mlm people that you are worth following, and a leader. Do what you tell them to do, and do it BIG. Show them that you believe in what you say, and that you do it every day in MLM.

And through your actions and words, let them “breathe” that Guidance into their hearts, and keep them inspired and wanting to follow you for a more successful MLM life.

2) You MUST Praise, not just Promote.

Praise is the secret weapon to motivate people. Many times we will promote and recognize new people who have stepped up, and that is important. But praising someone for a valiant effort that may have had little effect will often motivate 10 times more.

Why?

People will always appreciate recognition for effort, not just results. Motivation must have a foundation of praise and recognition. If you have that foundation and praise and recognize your people for their efforts and results, you will see that there will be more pin levels to celebrate.

3) What has been ignored about them MUST be poured into it.

Most people don’t get much encouragement. That’s what we do in MLM. We must encourage those who need it, but everyone in your team. There is nothing more motivating than the right words at the right time. Words of faith, or the words “I’m with you” can go a long way in keeping people on FIRE.

Big Thinking, Big Belief, Big Vision, Big Future, Big Life must be poured into your team. You must say the 4 most powerful words in network marketing: “I believe in you.”

If you pour most of your life into that person who has been ignored, they will follow you wherever you go, for the rest of their lives. They will become ‘slaves’ to your encouragement and the promise of hope they feel from you.

4) You MUST introduce new ideas of success and greater opportunity into their hearts.

A new idea that expands a person is worth its weight in gold in MLM. Have you ever seen someone light up when they had an “aha” moment? You need to become a “master” and constantly introduce Success and new opportunities into your life. Most work and family cultures limit and limit the dreams of most people. Grow your team’s dreams.

WHY DO YOU THINK SO SMALL?

Build your team with Success ideas that will expand and expand their brains beyond where they were! Recommend Success books to read and CDs to listen to, and bring to empowerment seminars. Get them around the millionaires in your upline if you have them. Let them think big.

5) You MUST give special time and attention to those who deserve it.

Nothing is more motivating than personal attention in Network Marketing. Focus on one person for a while, maybe over lunch or coffee, and soak them up one by one. Personal incentives are a great way to give people special attention.

Find out what is meaningful to them. Find out what they REALLY want in life, and listen to why. Find out what is important to them in life and why. Ask what they want to change more than anything else about their life. Ask about family, children, faith, hobbies, interests, etc.

Find out WHO THEY ARE.

Find out what motivates them, and what makes them so excited that they will work 24/7 to get it. This gives a person special time and attention. It is worth its weight in gold.

You can’t motivate people. But you can inspire and instill in them to motivate themselves to create an MLM business that can make them rich.

This is the real motivation in MLM and Network Marketing!
