The type of foods, how you eat, when you eat, etc., is extremely important to not only losing a lot of weight and fat, but also keeping it off, improving your overall health, developing natural energy all day long, and so much more. !
Whatever diet you decide to follow, it must be based on eating natural foods with all kinds of nutrients (including good carbohydrates and good fats). Also, I recommend looking for something based on eating in a specific way that will release different fat burning hormones in your body and also keep your metabolism as active as possible.
2. The next thing I recommend you do is exercise. First, please understand that building lean muscle tissue is of the utmost importance in achieving rapid weight loss. Most people focus heavily on ONLY doing cardio. While cardio is important, building lean muscle mass is actually even more important.
The reason building muscle is so important is because the more muscle tissue you have on you, the more effectively your body will burn fat calories… especially stored fat. As far as cardio goes, the best type of cardio that I highly recommend is high intensity interval cardio as it will burn fat fast…and maintain muscle tissue at the same time! Oh yeah, by the way, you don’t have to have HUGE muscles… you just need to build more lean muscle tissue.
3. Another important step in achieving rapid weight loss and fat loss is to avoid unnatural dieting. Fad diets (low-carb, low-fat, low-calorie, etc.) are the types of diets I strongly suggest you avoid as these programs will significantly lower your metabolic rate. If your metabolism drops, you will lose energy, gain back all the weight you lost, and end up with MORE body fat!
