Examples of bad carbs are sugars, juices, white bread, white pasta, and colas. An example of good carbohydrates are oats, wheat bread, wheat pasta, and apples among other fruits. Eating good carbohydrates allows you to lose weight and keep it off. So with that said, not all carbs are bad. Just try not to eat too many carbohydrates late at night. They will be stored as fat!

The second “best kept secret for weight loss” is exercise. You have to stay active no matter what. You should do this at least three times a week. Even if it’s just walking around your neighborhood. Exercise keeps muscles tight and toned. And it allows you to lose weight quickly and safely.

Not only that, but it’s a surefire way to keep yourself healthy. If you train with weights, be sure to add some cardio work (running, walking, jogging, etc.). This will help keep your metabolism high, which will result in even more weight loss. The best time to do cardio is in the morning if possible. But if you can’t make it in the morning, any time of day will do.

What if you’re already doing this and you’re still not losing weight. Well, that means you have bad “plumbing”. Which means your intestines may be full of undigested foods, parasites, and other unsavory “dirt.” I know, it looks bad.
