Personally I’ve been vegan (eating only plant-based foods, meaning no dairy) for about three months now and I’ve noticed dramatic changes in my energy and health. Make sure you understand that this is coming from someone who has already lost 90 lbs and has been off it for a couple of years, trying to get in optimal health while constantly changing my diet.
