While on this detox you only eat one type of food and that’s it. That food could be watermelon, or grapes, or bananas, or apples. Usually the only food you eat when you do this type of detox is fruit or vegetables. The food you choose to eat is served raw – no cooked food with this cleanse.
3- Single food for each meal detox
This is similar to number 2 above but you get more variety. In this case, you eat the same food for every meal. So for one meal you can eat watermelon. Next meal you can have apples. And the next meal is probably carrots.
4- Keep the raw detox
This is my favorite detox because you get a lot of variety and it’s not too restrictive. With this you will eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables (from the approved list) and you can also make delicious smoothies. I lost 13 pounds in 14 weeks with this detox. I loved the results!
