Once you start drinking water regularly you will start experiencing its best effects.

Another thing that I found helpful when I was losing weight was eating more meals.

Your body needs to know that it is safe and not starving. Eat every two hours to make sure you don’t need every bit of food you eat.

Once you start eating 5-6 small meals every day, your metabolism will think it’s better to start burning food as soon as you eat.

Beyond this, it makes your dieting efforts not feel like a diet. It’s a very comforting feeling to know that you have to eat constantly. đŸ™‚
