3 Day Diet to Lose 10 Pounds

For the first day

  3. Dinner: Have two slices or about three ounces of any type of lean meat. One cup of beets, one cup of green beans, one apple (small), and one cup of vanilla ice cream (regular size).

For the second day

  1. Breakfast: Have one egg, half a banana, a slice of toast and a cup of black tea or black coffee.
  2. Lunch: Have a half cup of tuna or cottage cheese and five numbers of regular salty crackers.
  3. Dinner: Have two slices of beef, a cup of cabbage or broccoli, half a banana, half a cup of carrots, and a half cup of vanilla ice cream (regular size).

For the third day

  1. Breakfast: Have a cup of black tea or black coffee, five pieces of regular salty crackers, an apple and an ounce of cheddar cheese.
  2. Lunch – have a cup of black tea or black coffee, a boiled egg, a slice of toast.
  3. Dinner: Have a cup of tuna, a cup of cauliflower, a cup of carrots, a cup of cantaloupe, and a half cup of regular vanilla ice cream.

Dieters, who consume the 3-day diet, along with the prescribed foods, consume more than 9 glasses of water or any other non-caloric drink. No substitutes can be used for any type of food in this diet. Condiments and flavorings are not allowed. However, salt and pepper may be added according to taste.
