How to lose weight on thighs:
1. Diet is one of the most important factors in losing weight but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer on a low calorie boring diet. In fact I would suggest the opposite, encouraging you to start eating 5 small meals a day. It doesn’t add more fat to you but actually increases your metabolism so you burn more calories while you’re sitting.
