Your body runs on energy fueled by the food you eat. If you exercise and eat bad food or too much food, you won’t get the most out of your workout. Pay attention to what you eat to get the best results and boost energy levels. Another mistake people make is cutting their calorie intake too much, thinking that this approach will help them lose more weight. The truth is that when you reduce your calorie intake too much, your body can feel like it’s starving and your metabolism can slow down. This bad combination makes it more difficult for you to lose weight and your energy level slows down.

With an advanced fitness program like P90X, proper nutrition is the only way to maintain the energy levels you need to successfully complete the program.
