Eat Fast Food – Lose Weight
When I stepped on the scale from 120 to 170 pounds, I was doing everything right.
I ate the most grainy multi-grain bread money the yeast could yield with egg whites, dark leafy green salads, OJ and water.
If it wasn’t organic or low calorie, I didn’t buy it. I was absorbed into the Whole Foods system.
When I gave up and decided to return to a happy life, I felt that some concessions had to be made.
If I was going to eat fast food 4-8 times a week (which I’ve been doing for 6 months now), I couldn’t scarf down a Big Mac with large fries and a soda every time. I have to find a middle ground, lean towards true fullness and shrink my belly.

I tested a buffet of value menu fast food items to establish that number 1 was, for me, number 2. Here’s what I ate
Wendy’s – Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, SM Fries, SM Coke
McDonald’s – Mc Chicken, SM Fries, SM Coke
Burger King – Whopper Jr, 4 pc nuggets, Sm coke * is my current favorite. You won’t feel guilty eating a big, fresh, full-bodied little burger.*
Taco Bell – Crunchwrap is only supreme
KFC – The mashed potato bowl is a sumptuous treat, but my choice is the popcorn chicken with a side order of baked beans.
White Castle – 3 Jalepeno Cheeseburgers, Sm Onion Rings
Domino’s – Individual pie, thin crust

I have a few explanations for why this works, of course…
When we try to be good with our eating habits, as you are trying, and I have been trying for many years, the temptation to be bad constantly emerges. Being good makes us feel bad! So, we are bad in response. It happens all the time, days or months or years after a proper, consistent diet, things go wrong. We are Bing. When we binge, we binge harder than any of the meals I described above.
The thing is, if you eat any of the meals listed above, you’ll still be hungry. That is the problem.
Here we come to the idea of true fullness, where we must evaluate the difference between our physical and mental hunger. During a binge, our mental desire to eat overrides any physical need, and we overeat, our stomach expands, we get bigger. As this happens more and more, it takes a toll on our bodies.
However, I love fast food. aren’t you That is why true perfection is so great. Once you know true fullness and recognize it beyond your mental desire to eat, you can eat whatever you want.
Restaurants in this country, minus the posh ultra-chic, serve over-sized portions. Often when devoted dieters go out for dinner, celebrating, they eat an over-sized meal with drinks and dessert. What I’ve learned to do more or less is eliminate the binge problem entirely by living a moderate-to-intermediate indulgence eating-life whenever I’m really hungry. So when a special occasion comes up and I go out to dinner, I eat about 1/3 of the actual portion of the plate and feel completely full, happy and satisfied. My stomach dropped. I am small.
I hope this quick explanation of why eating fast food worked for me has inspired you in some way. No need to restrict what you want to eat. Restricting yourself makes you more prone to breaking your own rules, becoming frustrated, and giving up. Enjoy in moderation and let your stomach tell you when to stop eating, not your head.
