The first thing you need to do is determine what your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is. BMR is simply a calculated method of determining how many calories you’ll burn in the unrealistic (for most people) situation where you’ve done absolutely nothing all day, sitting on your couch and going to the bathroom without even bothering to move to retrieve water. Not difficult. Some people don’t make it this far. Here’s the thing. If you move a little, it will work even better and the weight will come off much faster.

Did you notice I didn’t say the “e” word (exercise)? You don’t need to exercise if you do nothing else but stick to this reduction in calories. But, if you really want to take it off fast, you need to do “some” exercise and stick to this 15% – 20% plan.

You still get a lot of caloric input but you burn it faster than you take it in. make sense This should be done. Now, get the other five steps.
