The apple diet is a question I get asked by weight loss clients every now and then when they first join my program. What is that? Works? It’s safe? All valid questions for anyone looking to lose weight quickly. Asian women get their slim bodies using natural fruits like apples, but in a different way than you might expect. Let’s take a look at how apples can help or hurt your chances of burning fat fast!

Whenever I hear about a diet fad that makes a person hope to lose weight by eating just a single food, my nonsense radar goes into high alert.

Typically these diets have you eating food for one, two, or even all three of your daily meals for a day or two in a row, followed by just one day of light meals.

The problem with this method is that we humans are unable to get 100% of the vitamins and nutrients we need from a single food source. We have evolved over time by eating thousands of different types of food and getting the best parts of each as we digest what we ate.
