The first thing you absolutely need to do if you want to get the body of your dreams is to eat five (women) or six (men) meals a day. By eating only three main meals a day you will never see your full potential.

Keep in mind that every meal should contain at least one macronutrient. An apple or even a healthy fat-free snack is not considered a meal. Meal replacements should only be used if there is no other option.

You hear from time to time that it’s okay to have a cheat meal. This is true as long as the number of cheat meals you have on a weekly basis never exceeds two. And don’t go for a cheat meal if you feel guilty about the concept. Stress that often comes from worry and doubt is also a stressor.
