You can also eat some white rice and some sweet potato when you’re feeling a little too low on carbs. You should play with that. You have to make sure you don’t go too low on carbs. Keep in mind that you want to be ripped, not skinny. There is a big difference between those two. If you lack too much carbohydrates you will look thin. If you’re on the weight loss program, that’s probably what you want to do. But if you want to get sculpted, cutting back on carbs too much is definitely not the way to go.

Either way, if you keep your diet like this, rest assured that you will start seeing changes in your body very soon. This alone could go a long way in keeping you motivated.

But yeah, the fact remains that your food choices aren’t as extensive as you’d like them to be. And that can have a pretty big impact on your attitude about what you’re doing (eg, getting tired of what you eat day after day).

For this, you can get creative with the way you cook or prepare your food. You can use those salt-free seasonings that come in a wide variety of flavors (e.g., Cajun, BBQ, Lemon Pepper, etc.). You can grill or grill your food. Be aware enough to stay away from junk stuff and never eat fried foods. The bottom line here is that you can get creative with your spices, it’s just that you can’t get creative with your protein choices.
