Do you just want to stop this merry-go-round of fad dieting, lose a couple pounds, gain weight right back and end up frustrated again? Well, it all boils down to choosing the RIGHT diet. And the RIGHT diet is one that’s based on 3 core things that I like to call MIP. To find out more, read on.

Starting from the beginning. How to avoid struggling with weight loss

The first thing I highly recommend you take note of is that nothing will ever work and stay permanent if it’s not 100% natural. This is something I had to learn the hard way! For so long I kept buying fad diet plans, diet pills, stupid exercise machines that would break 2 weeks after I spent a fortune on them and more!

Of course losing weight is the only way. And that’s because it’s guaranteed to work, it’s guaranteed to keep you motivated, and it’s guaranteed to bring you permanent results.

Now, having said that…

If you want amazing results with a diet, make sure it’s based on MIP –

M – Motivating – The program you follow must be motivating. And that’s because, unless you have incredible willpower, it’s going to take motivation to start, continue, and finish a weight loss plan. A fad diet is a surefire way to lose motivation as you have to limit calories, limit nutrients and basically make your body rebel! This means you will feel tired, bloated, weak, have headaches, stomach problems and so much more! This is definitely NOT going to keep you motivated, is it?

A motivating diet is easy to learn, fun to follow, 100% natural and brings fast and consistent results. For example, the diet I followed was based on an interesting metabolic-enhancing technique called “calorie confusion.” This technique is all about changing the pattern of how you eat foods in a very specific way to skyrocket your body’s fat burning hormones and metabolism. The foods I ate were REAL foods, there were delicious options to choose from, and there was NO DEPRIVATION! Because of this, I found the program fun (especially with the diet generator software that came with the diet), very easy to follow, and as far as fast and consistent results go, I lost 52 pounds in 8 weeks!

I – Implement a healthy and complete lifestyle – One of the biggest problems with most of the programs here today is that they are ONLY based on their crazy fad diet. What is missing is the fact that you have to do ALL the other things that make up a “healthy lifestyle” to get the body you want.

A complete healthy lifestyle includes at least 7-8 hours of rest every night, drinking lots of fresh water (buy a water filter device and save money), and of course doing both cardio and resistance training. What you eat is the most important part, but unless you do the other parts I just mentioned, your results will be pretty minimal.

P – Proper nutrition – As I just said a second ago, what you eat is the most important part of losing weight, burning fat, and even building muscle. Unfortunately, many diet plans here didn’t get the memo! Instead, they rely on dietary gimmicks simply to pique your curiosity by trying out their diets (like eating a boatload of bananas every day or drinking nothing but a “special” lemonade…just that), or eating some “special” lemonade ” cookies)! This in turn leads you to stick with the plan, lose motivation, experience side effects and then, to make matters worse… you don’t lose significant weight!

Proper nutrition means eating ALL the important and healthy nutrients, getting those nutrients from healthy food sources, NEVER skipping breakfast, NEVER eating too late at night, NEVER starving or depriving yourself, eating smaller meal portions more frequently during the day (like 4-6 meals instead of 2-3) and eat in a way that will skyrocket your metabolism.

Bottom line, an MIP diet is one that will bring you all the results you’re not just hoping for… but DREAMING! In other words, you don’t just lose a couple of pounds, you lose any amount of weight you need to lose, you burn the fat from those problem areas, you boost your energy levels, and you improve your overall health!
