Weight Management Made Easy

My entire life has been a roller coaster in trying to lose and maintain my weight. I struggled as a child to keep my weight down. I loved bread and sugar and everything fried. I had a hard time controlling these cravings. Finally, when I was 38, I found something that totally changed my life. I lost 80 lbs and even had baby #1. 6 after losing weight and then being able to get back to my pre-baby weight again. I was still shocked by this amazing transformation. Now, I have to say this isn’t a quick fix, but it’s the easiest thing I’ve ever tried and it works. So let me tell you what I did and the program that worked for me.

This is called the Burn, Balance and Build program.

BURN: improves metabolism and energizes

The only thing I struggle with is exercise, but I’ve found an easy way to exercise that works great for me. I started wearing a little fit and walking 10,000 steps every day. They say 10,000 steps equal 30 minutes of cardio. I’ll walk while I read, fold my clothes, take out the trash, everything I do try to take extra steps. This was the easiest thing to do.

BALANCE: Break down fat, balance blood sugar, improve mood and curb cravings

The next thing is balance. I’m not good at balancing anything. I can go overboard in so many directions, but this is one thing I’ve done that has worked out great. It’s not about counting calories or choosing certain amounts of food. It’s that simple. At each meal you will eat: 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1 fruit. It’s that simple. Now notice that this doesn’t have any bread or pasta, but the one really great thing about this plan is that you can eat as much of these 3 items as you like until you’re full. It has the same size portions of each item.

CONSTRUCTION: D-limonene, superoxide dismutase, polyphenols and carotenoids are all naturally occurring antioxidants that help support the immune system. Without a healthy immune system, it’s difficult to have a successful weight loss effort. Before I started losing weight, I was sick and that made it even more difficult to lose weight. After finding this program, I was able to support my immune system and all areas of our body which made losing weight so much easier. Antioxidants also reduce inflammation and cellular oxidation and help build overall health. With all the toxins and chemicals in our foods in the world around us, we need all the help we can get to support our health in any way we can.
