We all think after our first baby we will date like before we get pregnant. Dear it is not so. Our partner will most likely look and feel the same way, but her role in the process of reproduction is much simpler.

As long as the diet is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates, weight loss is healthy.

What are the best exercises to start with?

Every new mother can start with simple coordinated breathing exercises (Pure Pilates).

Follow these instructions to start exercising safely after pregnancy.

These need to be done slowly and with your full attention.

o Lie on your side with knees bent and a pillow under your head. You must be completely relaxed

or focus on your breathing pattern, take your time, feel your breathing pattern and make a note of it.

or now concentrate on the exhalation

o As you exhale pull your stomach in below your navel. pulls the navel towards the spine
