In particular, it is not good to consume refined carbohydrates. Instead you can focus on high quality protein foods that will make your body burn fat and have less sugar. The body needs adequate protein to stay fit and mentally alert.

It is important to keep in mind that fruit is essential and you would rather take an apple, papaya, banana and lots of fresh greens as they contain the healthiest diet available to man than take low carb snacks sweetened with sugar alcohols and high-fat meat and cheese that are sure to contain high calories.

A low-carb diet will aid weight loss as you will not only lose water weight but calories as well. Now, the weight loss could only continue if you continue to follow the low diet meal plan which could dramatically change the way you eat right now. If you follow it, you can be sure that you will lose weight, but if you don’t, you could regain the weight you lost
