## Swimsuit Body – How To Get Yours In Two Months

Ladies (and gentlemen), winter is over and it’s time to start shedding those dark, bulky clothes and start thinking about what we want to wear and look good in (or out of) during the spring and summer months. Time to get ready for sweater season. It doesn’t matter if it’s a little bikini or a nice dress. You want to be ready and look good, no matter what you wear.

If you start now, you can get your body into a summer swimsuit (or sooner). So, how do you get in shape, without starving or spending hours in the gym. Diet and exercise are great, but you don’t need them if you want to lose a few pounds or inches and get a hot belly at the same time.

Let’s do some math. If you have read articles on my website, you know that it takes about 3500 calories to produce a pound. Eating 3500 calories is not difficult, but if you want to lose a pound, you have to remove those calories from your diet. Okay, let’s say you want to lose ten pounds in two months. This is a reasonable goal, achieving more than one pound per week.

Either way, ten pounds X 3500 calories = 35000 calories that you have to lose. Divide these calories by 60 days and you have over 580 calories that you need to burn each day. So, the question is, “How do you cut 580 calories a day from your diet”?

So here’s the deal, if you want to get fit fast and easy, just make a few changes to your diet and get more active every day. Remove these calories from your daily diet.

Here’s how you can do it.

1. Eat breakfast. A study at the University of Illinois showed that people who started the day with a high-protein breakfast consumed 200 fewer calories per day than those who ate a high-carb breakfast, such as a bagel. or toast and jelly. This high-protein breakfast can include eggs and bacon if you like. A high-protein breakfast will keep you full longer, boost your metabolism, and make your body burn more fat.

You just burned two hundred calories and are almost halfway to your goal of 580 calories. What else can you do?

2. Do you drink one or two sodas a day? Let’s say you’re a little conservative and only have one drink. Replace soda with unsweetened tea or water with lemon. You just cut another 120 calories. Now you have saved 320 calories. How are we doing? So far there has been no pain, just weight loss.

But we still need to lose another 260 calories to reach your 580 calorie goal. What else can you do?

3. Pack your lunch instead of eating out. Information on the USDA website indicates that you will save about 106 calories. Probably because most people pack a lighter lunch than you can get at a fast food place.

Now you’re up to 426 calories, but some people don’t want to bring lunch. We still need to lose another 160 calories, so what else can you do?

4. Turn off the TV and eat at the dinner table. According to a study published in the journal Trends in Food Science & Technology, the average binge eater will eliminate an extra 300 calories per meal. Binge eaters seem to eat more food, and eat for longer. Just one meal on the table can save an extra 300 calories.

Well, up to 726 calories saved per day, no pain, just weight loss. Do the math again and you can lose over twelve pounds in two months. And you didn’t think about exercising or going to the gym.

5. What about getting more body? Small changes can reap big rewards. Studies have shown that you burn more calories doing something as simple as: Standing up while talking on the phone will burn about 50 calories every 20 minutes. Parking at the end of the office or the mall parking lot will cause you to burn an extra 50 calories. Playing vigorously with your children or pets for 30 minutes will burn another 160 calories.

That’s another 260 calories used without pain, just weight loss. And you can get up to 986 calories a day. This can be almost two pounds of ugly fat lost every week.

Can you do it? Of course you can. The fact is that if you remove these calories from the food you eat, and burn more from your daily activities, the pounds will drop quickly. Follow these five tips, get your swimsuit body in no time, get sexier and boost your self-esteem.
