Will You Really Lose 23 Pounds in a 3 Week Period?

The three week diet system has gained popularity in a short time. This program was just developed in 2015. It is a real weight loss plan that aims to experience better results quickly. This healthy meal plan is designed to mean you lose weight fast – between 12-20 lbs in just 3 weeks – if you follow the diet to the letter.

In my opinion, the previous week’s chase set me up for success. And again I was happy that the next morning I felt lighter.

I seriously say that whenever you buy the Three Week Diet book, don’t skip the fast. There’s a reason why you made your diet and to my surprise, it sure does work.

Step 3

This process lasts 4 days and is undoubtedly the most unusual and counter-intuitive. In fact, we started researching it for you to make sure I did the right thing! Fortunately, I found that it is not as strange as I thought and there is actually a strong science behind this process if you consider the plan.

I had trouble finding this step difficult because it was the first time I had to count the calories I was eating. I find it easy to pull up calorie values ​​online for any food you can think of and then it’s just a matter of using a scale (more accurate than a cup) to make sure your serving size is correct.

I didn’t lose as much weight as I had hoped at this stage, but I don’t think I started to lose weight so on day 3 I realized that my previous estimate of how much food I should be eating was. far from the base.

Still, one more step, another 1.5 kilos and it would definitely have been more if I had planned it right.

Step 4 – The final countdown. Stage 4 is the longest stage and lasts 9 days. This includes a gradual return to a more healthy diet than usual. I continued to check myself every day and the pounds came off – albeit at a slower pace. I’m just happy to have put together a very well-balanced diet that doesn’t contain any clearly banned food sources (unless I’ve gone to a page in the handbook.

I’ve noticed that my belly fat has slowly gone down and my jeans don’t fit as well even after they’ve been washed! My waist shrunk by 2 inches and I was able to tighten the belt with 3 more holes.

By the end of the process, I had lost only four pounds.

Is this fast weight loss program effective?

completely. I followed the diet for 3 weeks and, apart from a few cheats, I lost a total of 14.5 kilos. I went through the trouble of doing most of the mandatory exercises and not most of the optional exercises. I found the exercises very difficult, then I was never fit at first.
