Nutrition plays a big role when it comes to making money. Many people will tell you to eat any type of food if you want to gain weight, as long as you eat and eat and eat. This is totally false because the reason is to get healthy weight gain results instead of flabby results. Good food choices will consist of sufficient amounts of protein and good fats.
