How to Lose Weight in 3 Months – Easy to Follow Advice For a New Body
If you want to lose weight in 3 months, the good news is that you can do a hell of a lot in 12 weeks. It really depends on your commitment and loyalty after 3 months you can change your body and appearance.
With just a few changes you can lose a pound of fat a week and even if 12 pounds doesn’t sound like 3 months if that weight is pure fat it will have a big impact on your body composition and of course the your view.
So if you want to make changes to your body that are permanent instead of a quick fix, keep reading these simple but easy to implement tips.
Without a doubt, the first thing to take care of is food. If you don’t understand how to eat properly or how much food you should eat, you won’t get the results you want. Diet and lack of control and knowledge are the main reasons why people gain weight and don’t lose weight.
There are many diets to choose from and it can be overwhelming but no matter what you do if you stick to these 3 rules you will have a good chance of losing weight.
Dietary advice 1 – Avoid sugary foods as much as possible or those that come in bags, boxes or packages. Doing this should eliminate a large portion of high carbohydrates from your diet, which in my opinion is the biggest source of weight problems that many adults and children face today.
For your carbohydrate sources, focus on eating high-fiber, nutrient-dense foods to control blood sugar levels and satisfy hunger and sweet cravings. Of course, fruits, vegetables and grain products.
Dietary advice 2 – Remove all the calories found in the water. These are what I call hidden calories that people don’t know can cause serious harm and weight loss. I’m talking about juice (full of sugar and calories) soda, energy drinks and alcohol, of course. Because people don’t eat these calories, they don’t tend to count them toward their daily allowance and for many people, that’s the difference between them not losing the weight they should.
Tip 3 – Think fiber during meals – If you increase the amount of fiber in your diet, you will control your appetite more reliably. Consider foods like oatmeal, fruits, nuts, and vegetables to eat at mealtimes and as nutritious snacks throughout the day. Just remember, don’t be stupid. Just because these are healthy foods doesn’t mean you can eat as much as you want. The basis of all successful weight loss is eating fewer calories than you burn. It has always been and will never change.
So the food is sorted the second part of the 3 month weight loss plan is of course exercise. The main thing here is to be consistent so make sure that whatever activities you choose you will enjoy them.
For the purposes of this article, here are some exercise tips.
Exercise 1 – Do weight training. I advise my clients to try and fit in 3 sessions of around 20-30 minutes per week of resistance training that focuses on the whole body. This can be free weight or body weight that is available. Make sure to include full body movements that involve multiple muscles in each exercise. These include exercises such as lunges; push-ups, pull-ups and squats. If you don’t know how to do these, invest in a fitness program you can follow or hire a personal trainer to give you tips and routines to follow. Exercise three times a week for 20 minutes. Have your trainer show you how to do squats, push ups, rowing exercises, and many other exercises that will allow you to train multiple muscle groups in a short amount of time.
Exercise 2 – Make sure to do Cardio exercises – It is very important to lose weight instead of normal steady state cardio focus on interval training. This is where you do a higher intensity period followed by a lower intensity recovery period. Repeat this pattern for 20 minutes. If you can do this 3 times a week and preferably after resistance work, you will have a fat burning workout.
Exercise 3 – Get active – Don’t just save your energy for the gym try to be as active as possible every day. Pair it with fun, relaxing yet stimulating activities. This could include walking, yoga, other exercise, or just spending time with the family. The trick is to burn calories without realizing it.
If you want to know how to lose weight in 3 months, follow these instructions and you won’t go wrong. Just think about a few changes in your diet and lifestyle and you can lose 10-20 pounds in 90 days.
