Weight Loss Story – The Weight Loss Program You Have to Know About!

Hello, my name is Letisha, and I want to tell you how I lost 46 pounds in just two and a half months. I am a 36 year old married mother of three energetic children! Growing up, I was always skinny and athletic, and like most of us, after my first child, I just couldn’t seem to shed the extra pounds. The same thing happened after the birth of my second son, and after a while I ‘let myself go’ and gradually gained a terrible weight of 280 pounds! I just went through five years of trying all the food there, without much success. Either I was too hungry to give up too quickly, or I just didn’t have the energy, so I reached for the carbohydrate-rich snacks that made me pack on the pounds in the first place!

Two years ago I joined Weight Watchers, and I believe that their diet is a safe, healthy and healthy diet, but you will notice that when I started to lose weight, my metabolism slowed down, because the my body changed to fewer calories, and the weight loss really slowed down. What I heard that day changed my life.

A person found an incredible diet online a few months before starting a weight loss group, and shared his story with 6 others, who decided to follow it, try the diet and they all lost in between 30 and 60 kilos!! They told me to look online at Fatloss4idiots and buy the book. Again, I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical, as nothing had worked for me before. Long story short, I bought the book online for cheap, and as I was reading it felt like a light bulb went on in my head!! Fatloss4idiots answered my question about why I plateaued after dieting for a while and barely lost any weight.
