Joovy Kooper Stroller Review – A Lightweight Stroller That’s Big With Parents
I don’t think I’ve ever started looking at a product by pointing out what’s wrong with the product. I try to be objective and to the point… but I also try to be kind. In this next review I’m going to do a different trick, although I’m still kind, I have to tell you that there is something wrong with Joovy Kooper.
As far as I can see, the problem with the Kooper is not that it’s an umbrella, that it’s compared to an umbrella and that it’s not standard, but that it’s compared to a standard carriage. Parents, Kooper stroller owners who contributed to this review, whether they know it or not, have discovered a new product category. I don’t know what this category is called, but in short, the Kooper is very good looking, light, safe and stable… It’s not as light or bulky as umbrella strollers, and it has no bells and whistles. which you usually see in regular strollers. Joovy seems to have designed the Kooper for parents who want something between ‘umbrella’ and ‘standard’. Hm, maybe I spoke too soon, maybe there’s nothing wrong with Joovy Kooper. Let’s take a closer look.
Joovy designed the Kooper with all aluminum tubes, it has a large canopy that can be adjusted for maximum visibility or maximum protection.
The main feature that makes the Kooper stroller unique is the wheel system. The Kooper has four large pneumatic wheels that can be removed for transport and storage. So even though the Kooper is bigger than a pram umbrella, it folds into a compact form – perfect for travel.
Another feature that helps the Kooper stand out from the competition is the multi-position bench seat. You rarely see umbrella strollers with this feature – parents adjust the angle of the seat by simply loosening or tightening the strap that is located on the back of the seat.
