Follow the 10 Idiot Proof Diet Rules and Lose Weight

“The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook” is used by the popular Fat loss 4 Idiots weight loss program. This manual is based on ten rules of how to lose 9 pounds every 11 days. If you follow these rules, you can too. Below I have listed these ten rules:

Rule no. 1 – Use the concept of calorie shifting. The calorie shifting method is a key concept in the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan and is the single most important factor that makes the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet more effective than other traditional diets. However, how you do this is explained in great detail in the Handbook. You don’t really have to think about what to eat because the system will automatically generate an 11-day meal plan based on your favorite foods.

Rule no. 2 – Rotation of meals By this I mean that you should alternate your meals from protein meals one day to carbohydrate meals the next day and so on.

Rule no. 3 – Limit your eating Limit what you eat to four meals a day with at least two and a half hours between each meal you eat.

Rule no. 4 – Prepare your meals All your meals must be prepared at home. Stay away from fast food and other restaurants. You must have full control over what you eat.

Rule no. 5 – Stay away from candy Candies, snacks and sweets from time to time of course you can eat but don’t make it a habit. Limit it to let’s say once a week, for example on Saturdays.

Rule no. 6 – No sugary drinks or sodas.

Rule no. 7 – Avoid gravy and rich sauces. You can season your food however you like though.

Rule #8 – You must drink water many times a day first of all because drinking water fills up the stomach and therefore automatically eats less. Also, it is healthy to clean the system with water regularly.

Rule no. 9 – Allow plenty of time for your meals. Eating slowly will avoid stuffing and overeating.

Rule no. 10 – Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Walking is a great way to exercise when you want to lose weight.

If you follow the idiot proof diet rules listed above, you will be on your way to achieving your weight loss goal. Don’t expect miracles with just these rules; to shift your metabolism into high gear and really accelerate your weight loss you need to learn a couple of other tricks.
