I want to dedicate my post today to daily body cleansing exercises. After doing more research, I truly believe that this is the key to fast and effective weight loss as well as overall health.

That’s right, biologically the fat cells in our body are designed to hold and rid our body of toxins that we consume when we eat and breathe. By eliminating toxins from our body, we are literally removing the biological reason for our body to hold on to fat.

What are common toxins in the body?

Most of the toxins we consume come from food preservatives, hormones in meat and dairy products and any artificial food additives. Most of these substances are not meant to be digested by the human body, so they become toxic. Our liver is naturally designed to cleanse our body but most of our food is too harsh for our liver and any excess toxins are stored directly in the fat cells.

Another common and powerful poison is alcohol. Alcohol is very hard on your liver and will become a priority for cleansing when you drink. This means that other toxins you consume throughout the day are stored in your fat cells while your liver fights the alcohol.

Today, I and most other people consume alcohol and toxic food. There are detox foods that you can eat every day to help your body lose weight.

Food that cancels out

Many foods have detoxifying properties so stick to those that are readily available. Fermented teas such as Kombucha Tea, Raw fruits (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi) to name but a few raw vegetables (greens, broccoli, asparagus, etc.). Green vegetables like baby spinach are also a good addition. By eating these foods every day, you improve your body’s detoxification process and thus allow your body to “remove” the biological need to store body fat.

In short

When we are actively fighting our body fat, we should use our biological processes to our advantage. If we eliminate our body’s need to store fat, it will be easier to burn it. Our body stores fat to avoid the harmful effects of toxins in the body. Therefore, when we detox, we give our body the reason it needs to get rid of the remaining fat.

It is almost impossible to avoid consuming toxins so our best strategy is to eat naturally detoxifying foods every day.
