There is another reason which, in fact, is more important. But even this reason can lead us in the wrong direction. My motivation is “better health.” I would say that it can lead us in the wrong direction because it still leads to unhealthy eating habits that contribute to malnutrition.

Funny isn’t it? We become concerned about our health and respond with food. But instead of embarking on a “healthy” weight loss program, we are now turning to conventional diets. Instead of contributing to our health, we engage in habits that harm our health.

Instead of a quick fix, we’ll be doing ourselves a bigger favor by losing weight long-term, consistently, and healthily with the goal of keeping it off, getting it off, and getting healthy. top notch.
