What not to do for weight loss during marriage:

o Don’t wait until the end to start “diet” and “exercise”.

o Don’t starve on low-calorie diets.

o Don’t eat bland and boring foods or you won’t be able to maintain your marriage diet for long.

o Don’t waste your time just doing cardio, the wedding weight loss is achieved with weight training.
