After 15-20 minutes, you thought you had enough, didn’t you? Here’s a question that really bothers me: Why shouldn’t we eat less and more often, say every three hours? We can, but we feel like we have to eat everything on the plate. These products actually help us lose weight, but we don’t just eat protein bars, which is the right thing, but we commit a sin and eat a lot (carbs) the next day.
