Try to eat 2-3 regular meals. If you really need to lose fat fast, intermittent fasting is the way to go. Intermittent fasting will create a large calorie deficit without losing muscle.
Note: If you can’t go to the gym, you can still get in good shape with exercises that only include body exercises, such as: push ups, pull-ups, hanging legs, etc. The gym is clearly a trend in Hollywood for good reason.
