Start taking the stairs instead of the elevator, do your own work rather than directing it to someone else. Exercise along with proper diet will only help you to have a flat stomach. Drink plenty of water to flush toxins from your body and hydrate yourself. Make sure you don’t eat too much. Spread your meals throughout the day.
