It sounds simple enough, but eating just 1,800 calories can be a challenge for people who love to eat.
Here are some tips on how to eat more food and still lose weight. I know you love to eat, but the most important action you can take is to change how your food is prepared. For example: If you eat a pound of deep fried chicken that costs just 550 calories just for the chicken. If you were to BBQ the same pound of chicken it would only cost you 225 calories. That’s 325 calories saved from your meal portion because you know you’re going to have some sides with that chicken.
This is a big deal. I hope you see the power I am showing you. You can still eat great tasting food seasoned with BBQ flames, spices and seasonings and lose weight. You don’t have to give up delicious food to cut calories.
So, why are calories the topic of this conversation? To learn how to lose 1 pound of weight you must create a calorie deficit. This means you should eat fewer calories than you burn in a 24-hour period. By doing this, the weight will be reduced. If you don’t, you won’t lose weight.
