And they all claim to get results with their diet. You know, some people say they’re recovering from degenerative diseases and people are losing weight. And they actually have good results sometimes and these things are happening, and there’s a common denominator as to why all of these diets are being successful and that common denominator is that everyone is completely leaving certain foods out of their diets without any exceptions. And the reason the raw diet is the best diet is that you’re cutting everything out of your diet and only keeping the good stuff. And as I said before, it’s actually more important what you don’t eat than what you actually eat. I mean, a lot of people preach raw foods, super foods like it’s the god or something. I mean, you can eat all that stuff until you’re blue in the face, but if you don’t get rid of the cause then you won’t get better.
Let me explain which foods are the most harmful to the body, why you don’t need to be 100% raw to be healthy, you can go on an intermediate diet and not take it to such an extreme level, and be very healthy for the rest of the life. your life. For example, my mom is on an in-between diet and has been getting younger for two years because she’s been on it for so long. She looks great and will probably prolong her life by a couple of decades. So I like to divide foods into the following food groups: refined sugars, processed starches, dairy products, animal proteins and then raw foods. You know, it’s just eliminating those products. And many of them also cut out red meat and of course dairy products, pasteurized cow’s milk. I mean, you can get away with some raw goat milk products in moderate amounts. Yes, that’s pretty much the concept.

opaque: Yes, and there are some processed starches, such as those that are wheat-free and gluten-free. I mean you can take it to the next level of an in-between diet and get rid of those, but quinoa, millet, whole grains, the stuff that grows out of the ground. You don’t want to mix it with animal protein because it’s a horrible combination of foods that can develop problems, but yeah.

maca. There are these proteins, there are many protein powders on the market. A lot of people, you know, like, I don’t know if you’re really 100% raw. You are a fitness model. He was a boy. You really don’t need as much protein as you think. He’s pretty crazy. You won’t look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, so to speak, but you’ll probably look more like Bruce Lee if you live this lifestyle to some extent. The key is to really train and the muscle will come. opaque: Safe. As the years go by we evolve to need less and less food on a 100% raw food diet. It happens automatically, we get very clean very quickly. At first, I ate a lot of fat for emotional purposes only. I ate like three avocados a night. And I got away with something like this because it’s such an improvement over my last diet. So, it takes a while to settle into a 100 percent raw food diet, to the point where you’re balancing. Everything is more or less that you are caught up in what you are doing and that you could live like this. And what had happened to me was I was eating three avocados it’s not a problem. And I actually did it in one day. I did it for five years and that’s how I actually did it. And then after the fifth grade, every time I made the three avocados, I’d get this huge runny nose and wake up in the morning just like, “Oh, my God, I can’t move.” So, I had to take it to the next level and start reducing that amount. So now, after eight years of doing it, I mean I usually have less than half the avocado at most. It’s pretty crazy, but I only eat two meals a day. I take a couple of vegetable juices, I feel like that’s where the real nourishment comes from. And the percentages, I really don’t know, but I’d probably say it’s about the same or on the board.
