Mind Power – 3 Ways Towards True Self-Empowerment
Research in science, psychology and biology shows that we are the rarest of all species on earth because our creator gave us the mind to think. We have the ability to use our minds by controlling our thoughts to create the environment in which we live. Our only responsibility is to figure out how.
To use the power of our mind wisely and effectively, all we need to understand are the components of how the mind works, where the brain and body work together to determine the outcome. . We can easily guide the body by using our thoughts.
You know the saying that we are all born perfect? This is because when we are born our brains are already programmed and ready to be taken care of by our creator. It has all the chemical elements necessary for your body to function. All information including chemical composition, vitamin requirements, DNA, heart rate, kidney and liver function, waste disposal, fingerprints, and all other conditions to maintain its function during the space on earth.
We know that the human body is made up of 72% water, 21% protein and 7% bone and minerals. What we may not realize is that it is the mind’s job to ensure that the body and brain are getting the right amount of nutrients so that the body can function at peak efficiency. The mind must direct the body to absorb the necessary nutrients for maximum performance.
The challenge for us in life is that we have not brought a manual for our own body. We spend our entire lives sifting through information through trial and error in an attempt to improve our lives. The difficulty lies in understanding and identifying our own requirements. That’s why many people stop eating and have problems with obesity than 50% today.
If we simplify things, it is easy to understand that our only responsibility comes down to two things. First, to determine which food is suitable for our unique system. We need to take the time to identify the fluids, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and minerals our bodies need to ensure optimal health. The quantity, quality and frequency of use must be known. Don’t worry; it’s not as difficult as it sounds.
Second, we need to find out what information we need or lack, in order to stand out in our chosen profession. The question is how can we do it in the easiest way, least time consuming, to get results as quickly as possible?
Why is this important? If the mind chooses (which is exactly what you’re thinking) not to give the body the nutrients it needs to function properly, the brain has to work harder to compensate. The brain will receive signals from the body that it is in distress.
The brain must shift from its normal function of planning to repair in order to respond to the body’s calls for distress. If this happens continuously, we begin to experience symptoms and pain or emotional disturbances that cause our mind (thought) that something is wrong.
For example, you think I should eat some bread. It tastes so good I will have another. You fall in love with cookies and eat them regularly without thinking about the effect of the amount of sugar on your body (or maybe you know and the taste is too good!)
By eating a lot of sugar, it raises your blood sugar levels. The speechless body just receives it. Then the brain says – hey – you’re weighing me down and it makes the body hyperactive. The brain works hard to compensate for the spike in blood sugar but may not be able to keep up overtime.
To get your attention, send physical or emotional symptoms such as drowsiness, depression, weight gain, stress, high blood pressure, diabetes. I call it the way the brain connects with us. The question is, are we really listening to ourselves?
Your mind can control your thoughts, what you eat (which keeps the brain functioning normally and keeps the body healthy), exercise to increase oxygen and bone protection, and the information you drink. What are the rewards for doing it right? You are a healthy person, physically, emotionally, financially successful, living life to the fullest!
Three specific things you can do to facilitate your ability to master the highest performance in your life are:
1. Give Your Body the Right Nutrients
With the amount of toxins and chemicals in our food and environment today, a colon cleanse is very helpful in rejuvenating your body. You can also try a 7-day fast. Cleaning and sanitizing the internal system will help to perform its work more efficiently. Call it a re-regulator.
If you do not know the nutrients, which provide and stimulate the higher energy in you, start writing in a journal. Start tracking everything you eat. Include how much food we eat also determines how we feel.
The easiest and fastest way I have found to track food and nutrition is with a software program called Fit Day. It’s a program that tracks everything from daily weight, body measurements, mood tracking, calorie intake, food tracking, and a daily diary. All you have to do is enter your information. You will quickly find out if you need to add iron, zinc, vitamin D or other nutrients that are missing from your diet.
2. Oxygenate your brain and protect your body
We know that the air we breathe is what keeps us alive but what it actually does is help the brain with its ability to coordinate and coordinate. A regular exercise program increases oxygen in the brain and improves its function.
Exercise also strengthens the skin, protecting it from muscle damage. This muscle protects the bones in your body. Exercising not only benefits your brain but also protects your bones.
For the mind, exercise relieves stress and tension in your thoughts. Did you know that just one practice can remove negativity from your thoughts? Exercise builds a protective armor around you.
3. Exercise your brain muscles
Sad, but true, did you know that the average person reads one book a year? Did you know that to be an expert in your field, you must read one book a month? Did you know that reading helps increase your vocabulary, writing skills, imagination, creativity, problem solving and concentration?
Reading, strategic planning, journaling are all ways to increase your knowledge and expand your brain like rubber. Even if you think you’ve forgotten, the information is stored ready for you to retrieve at any time.
Make it your goal today to reach the highest level in your knowledge base. If you don’t know where to start, there are many programs on the market today to assess your current position. Do it and help yourself grow and strengthen your brain muscles.
You only live one life and time is short. You are never too old to achieve what you hope, desire, or dream of. Now you know that your mind is your thoughts and your thoughts determine your results. You can change anything in life, you just need to have the mindset to do it.
Be kind to yourself and may your Creator bless you
