Research in science, psychology and biology shows that we are the rarest of all species on earth because our creator gave us the mind to think. We have the ability to use our minds by controlling our thoughts to create the environment in which we live. Our only responsibility is to figure out how.

To use the power of our mind wisely and effectively, all we need to understand are the components of how the mind works, where the brain and body work together to determine the outcome. . We can easily guide the body by using our thoughts.

You know the saying that we are all born perfect? This is because when we are born our brains are already programmed and ready to be taken care of by our creator. It has all the chemical elements necessary for your body to function. All information including chemical composition, vitamin requirements, DNA, heart rate, kidney and liver function, waste disposal, fingerprints, and all other conditions to maintain its function during the space on earth.

We know that the human body is made up of 72% water, 21% protein and 7% bone and minerals. What we may not realize is that it is the mind’s job to ensure that the body and brain are getting the right amount of nutrients so that the body can function at peak efficiency. The mind must direct the body to absorb the necessary nutrients for maximum performance.

The challenge for us in life is that we have not brought a manual for our own body. We spend our entire lives sifting through information through trial and error in an attempt to improve our lives. The difficulty lies in understanding and identifying our own requirements. That’s why many people stop eating and have problems with obesity than 50% today.

If we simplify things, it is easy to understand that our only responsibility comes down to two things. First, to determine which food is suitable for our unique system. To get your attention, send physical or emotional symptoms such as drowsiness, depression, weight gain, stress, high blood pressure, diabetes. I call it the way the brain connects with us. The question is, are we really listening to ourselves?

Your mind can control your thoughts, what you eat (which keeps the brain functioning normally and keeps the body healthy), exercise to increase oxygen and bone protection, and the information you drink. What are the rewards for doing it right? You are a healthy person, physically, emotionally, financially successful, living life to the fullest!

Three specific things you can do to facilitate your ability to master the highest performance in your life are:

1. Give Your Body the Right Nutrients
