How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout

Here’s how to get rid of belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. It’s better than jogging and crunches… and shorter, only 7 minutes. If you do this exercise 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.

Hundreds of my clients have proven that this is the best and most effective way to get rid of belly fat.

Exercise to lose belly fat

1. Hindu Squats

This is a weightless version of the squat. What you do is bend up and down as fast as you can while rubbing or touching your toes to the floor with each repetition. Do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. It quickly reduces belly fat.

So the whole time, 5 minutes so far.

2. Roll around like a child

This is a great exercise that does a lot more than just help you lose weight. It gives you instant power when done multiple times. Here’s what you do.

Rotate clockwise 5-15 times with your arms like the wings of an airplane. But do a lot of rounds to get a little. You don’t want to get too confused. You will then repeat this number in a total of 8 different sets. Each set of rotations takes about 15 seconds.

Total time of rotation, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all the sets, you can spread them out throughout the day.

Now, the reason it goes around in circles is because it stimulates your endocrine system to balance the hormonal imbalance. Almost everyone has differences. Hormonal imbalances cause weight gain and impair your ability to lose weight.
