I’ve Found a Lazy, Crazy Exercise to Reduce Your Waist Size Fast!

I found some lazy and crazy exercises that can quickly reduce your waist size by 1.75-3 inches. It’s easy, simple, you can do it at home, and it only takes a few minutes a day.

If you are too lazy to do this, it is not worth losing weight and inches from your waist.

A lazy, stupid exercise that shrinks your waist size – Vacuum Pose

My clients use this exercise to lose between 1.75 inches and 3 inches off their waist in a month or less. It is similar to sucking in the womb with 1 major difference.

What you’re doing is sucking under your belly, around your belly, not your upper belly… that’s what most people do. So push it to your stomach area. When you can’t jump anymore, hold this “pose” for as long as you can. Anywhere from 15-60 seconds is fine, but longer is better…in general.

Take a break and repeat … or you can do it later. On average 1.75 inches lost from the waist in less than a month, my clients did this for 5 minutes a day, every day. Now, I have other clients who want more and think that if less is better, more is better. And they did it for 15-20 minutes a day, every day…they lost about 3 inches off their waist in a month.

Here’s a little tip to make it easier for 15-20 minutes a day… do it during a TV commercial. The average 1-hour TV show has 20-22 minutes of commercials… so watch an hour of TV and get 20 minutes of empty poses. Simple.
