Old School New Body – The Real Deal?
SEE GOOD about the problem of obesity and the health risks of aging and obesity, I looked at different approaches to diet and exercise. I recently came across the F4x regiment, called “Old School New Body”.
THE HEALTH PROBLEM
Obesity is on the rise for a variety of reasons, the most obvious being lifestyle. Our lifestyle is one of sedentary living. The average American sits at a desk in front of a computer during the workday. This person pretends to be tired from a long trip and sits on the couch and eats a calorie packed meal that lacks nutrients and vitamins. No wonder obesity is on the rise.
One of the so-called answers to these problems that negatively affect the quality of life is a program developed during the 20th century. It was recently discovered by health expert and fitness magazine editor, Steve Holman. With his expertise, he developed the F4x system for discerning people between the ages of 35 and 60.
PROGRAM COMPONENTS
The program is presented in an eBook, but the basics include four basic exercises. These include squats, bench press, bent-over rows, and straight dumbbell rows. Exercises are offered at different intervals, repetitions and sets. Compound exercises last 90 minutes per week. In addition, the program provides advice on healthy eating. The program is divided into three parts:
1) thin: Many users of this protocol simply use the first step and stick with it. In this process, you can lose ten to a hundred pounds. You make lighter changes to your regular workouts and follow the F4x LEAN Meal Plan.
2) form: Here you will increase your weight lifting habits and adjust your diet to add more protein. That way you can maintain your desired weight and add strong, lean muscles to give you a sculpted figure.
3) Do it: Once you have lost weight and toned your body, you can move on to the building phase. Most participants do not progress to this stage, however, some users like to collect. During this phase, not much seems to change, but there is an increase in weight, reps, sets and calories.
Advantages:
· This 14 chapter book is well organized.
· The eating system is similar to the Paleo Diet, natural, fast and effective.
· No need to sign up for a gym program. You can work from home.
Cons:
· eBooks which, while suitable, are not my preferred format.
· There are spelling and grammar mistakes.
THE REMOVAL
This “Old School New Body” protocol is the most effective all-purpose plan available. I am personally amazed at how quickly you can de-stress your body in a safe and natural way.
