Britney Spears is back with a new diet regimen, a hot new album and world tour and a toned body thanks to her workouts five times a week. She shows off her hot new look on the cover of OK! Magazine dressed in a white bikini showing off her physique for the world to see.

The 26-year-old mother of two appears to be over the last two difficult years of her life and claims to be “the healthiest in her entire life.” Britney attributes her new physique to a strict diet plan that cuts all sugar out of her diet. She insinuates that she does not eat fruit or drink fruit juice due to the sugar content of her. Instead, her meals consist of chicken, salmon, avocado, and rice. The Pop Princess’ breakfast table would consist of egg whites and turkey burgers for lunch, limiting her total calorie intake to 1,200 calories per day. She says, “it might not seem like it’s a lot, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.” She has given up on the frappuccinos she liked so much, but she admits she still drinks coffee.

Plus, the grueling five-day workout for two hours a week toned her body back in its pre-K Fed days and she’s still at it. She still plans to continue her diet to maintain her figure as she tours the US and England. Hopefully, by the end of the tour, the answer to the question, “How much does Britney weigh” will still be 120 pounds?
