No-Nonsense Muscle Building Review – Review of No-Nonsense Fat Cutting Bonus E-Book

This “No-Nonsense Muscle Building” review will focus on the free e-book titled “No-Nonsense Fat Cutting”. It’s a free 67-page e-book included with the standard purchase of the “No-Frills Muscle Building” program that helps you reduce fat after gaining mass. Stimulated or actually useful? This “No-nonsense Muscle Building” review will tell you.

The e-book begins by telling readers that it contains everything they need to know to achieve their ideal chiseled physique: 5-6% body fat for men and 10-12% body fat for women. Vince DelMonte, author of “No-Nonsense Muscle Building” reveals his simple roadmap for burning fat after the bulking phase of your workout. Most men tend to find that when they do cardio to lose fat, they also lose a significant amount of muscle, but this book points out that you can keep the muscle you’ve built up and just burn the fat. The central belief is that one can lose weight by dieting, but Vince DelMonte disagrees. Going on a diet will reduce your calorie intake, which means your muscle will turn into muscle to support itself, which in turn may cause you to lose weight, but you’ll still retain all of your fat. If you go off that diet, you will gain weight again, as your body naturally wants more calories to sustain itself. So diet is not the way to go.

Vince begins by introducing the concept of body types, or somatotypes started by Dr. William Sheldon, in 1940. He talks about ectomorphs, endmorphs and mesomorphs, or in layman’s terms, thin, well-proportioned and fat. He believes that genes control these predetermined body types that we “grow up” into and this in turn decides how easy or difficult it is to not only gain muscle, but also burn fat. To help people find out what kind of somatotype they are, Vince puts a little quiz in the e-book, where you select a box where you fit best. Some people may find that they are a distinct body type, while some people will find that they are somewhere between an ectomorph and an endomorph, for example.

Chapter 2 then focuses on the emotional and mental triggers that have so far prevented you from burning fat. It might seem like a trifle that you can skip, but if you’re someone who often finds that they give up on a weight loss plan or exercise program after a few days, it will benefit you. In truth, there is a lot of overlap between the muscle industry and the self-development industry. Both require that you hold accountability for your actions and condemn the mindset that procrastinates and makes excuses. It’s not a very long chapter, but it’s still worth reading to get you in the right frame of mind to prepare for cutting fat.

Chapter 3 is titled “The Fat Cutting Diet” and this is where Vince DelMonte gets into the nitty-gritty of the matter. There is a bit of irony in this chapter since he clearly condemned diets not 2 chapters ago. However, he cautions readers that it’s only for 3 types of people:

1. Those who have gained at least 20 pounds more than they were aiming for,

2. Those who have more than 20% body fat

3. Those who are driven enough to get shredded for the summer, etc

There is a lot to absorb in this chapter and reading it once is no good. If you are not a nutritionist or are simply new to the concept of fat reduction instead of weight loss, then you may need to write a glossary of some terms to refer to while reading this chapter. Vince talks about things like “carb cycling,” which is having low-carb days and then a high-carb day to make sure your body doesn’t go into survival mode and start stripping muscle instead of fat, the “golden ratio” of carbohydrates to fat you should follow if you want to burn fat consistently, good types of meats you should have for maximum protein absorption, types of carbohydrates you should have to minimize fat gain fat and tips for sticking to your destructive diet. At the end of the chapter, he provides a sample meal plan that encompasses everything he talks about in the chapter. Again, don’t skim through this chapter; it will form the basis of your understanding for the rest of the e-book.

In the last chapter, Vince gives you his exact workout routine to cut 24 pounds of fat in 5 months. She even provides stage pictures of her before and after. He was supposed to be ripped off for a fitness show, but he wasn’t supposed to be one of those trainers who talked big but didn’t act. The days he exercises and the exercises he does are provided in this chapter. It’s short and simple, this chapter is pretty much everything you need to consistently shed fat from your body, provided you understand how and what to eat during this session so you don’t lose muscle too.

Again, this might be a bit of a handful for people who are used to the concept of “losing weight”, but the process of cutting fat is explained well in this e-book. Vince has you covered if you want to gain muscle then shred fat to get that ideal body. Because it’s useless to get bigger and stay plump.
