3. Eat smaller meals. Eating 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day is the best way to burn fat. It prevents you from feeling hungry and turns your body into a fat burning machine.

4. Walk an hour a day. Exercise is a must, and walking or swimming can burn a lot of calories, but whatever exercise you decide to do is fine, because a workout is so much better than none.
