list. Wednesday is the best day to go shopping. Most stores will honor previous sale items from last week, and you can get the new sale items for the new week on Wednesday. Shop in the evening and you may get further discounts on produce, baked goods and meats.
I buy food at a dollar store and a grocery store. Dollar stores have many food and household items. In the grocery store, I buy store brand products or sale products. At the dollar store, I buy dry beans, rice, pasta, and oatmeal. At the supermarket I buy bananas, carrots, celery, lettuce, frozen mixed greens, bread and cheese.
