2. ZERO Exercise Need: Although it is possible to lose weight. Finding a diet that promotes massive weight loss without the encouragement of any type of exercise is dooming you to failure. You can lose weight with diet alone, but the results won’t be impressive.
3. Diet Pills: Do They Work? Yes. Are they a long term solution? No. There are some people who may benefit from diet pills, but most people who take them don’t need to and are doing more harm than good. As someone who has taken many, the results are usually short lived and do nothing to teach you long term weight loss methods. It’s like putting a plaster on a broken leg.
Now what should you do when you are on a diet to lose weight fast?
1. Choose the right diet: Choosing the right diet is the MOST important aspect of your weight loss plan. If long-term sustained weight loss is your goal, you want to stay away from fad diets that promise to make you lose 50 pounds in 30 days! Instead find a diet that teaches healthy eating patterns that lead to slower loss in the long run. Diets like Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, Atkins, Mediterranean diet or South Beach.
REMEMBER: Choose a diet that you really enjoy and enjoy doing. DO NOT choose what you think will make you lose weight faster. You most likely won’t stick to it. If you’re on a diet and feel like you’re not even one, this is what you’re looking for.
