You don’t have to count calories, measure food, add and subtract points; just take that small step to skip one backup snack a week. There is no exaggerated hype or impossible promises here. You won’t lose 90 pounds in 90 seconds or lose 30 inches in 30 days.

What you will do though is gain more control over your stronger cravings, develop a healthier relationship with food, and yes, lose a couple pounds along the way, but the foundation you are building for the next month and beyond is much more important. Once you complete your first month and snag one of your spare snacks, set your goals on the next diet killer on your weight loss menu and continue your quest to keep it simple and healthy.
